The cultural heritage is reflected in the brand's name, "I POTTI," a tribute to the Todi dialect meaning "the sons," and in the naming of the oils, inspired by the family's Perugian heritage. The mill's privileged location allows a breathtaking view of Todi, a constant reminder of the family's origins and stories.

Energy S.p.A.'s Solutions in Action
The ZeroCO2 XL storage system, produced by Energy S.p.A., was integrated into the crusher to enhance the existing advanced photovoltaic system. This integration allows the crusher to store excess energy during peak solar hours, making it available for use during off-peak hours or at night. This solution maximised self-consumption, reducing dependence on external energy sources and ensuring a constant and resilient energy supply.
